looking for remote posting site help plz

hi guys

i and some friends from college are starting a small
blog as part of a college progect

now i did along time a go have a website that would let
me log in on it and type a message and it would post on my
home page on my own side (after i stuck some html coding on my
homepage) i am looking for something like this so me and my
friends can log on online and make a post and it be added to
our site.

the reason we want to do this and not use an auto blog site
is that we want more controle over the look of the site

if you know of anything like this please let me know.

Not used it properly myself but gave it a quick try out once. From its popularity and recommendations it seems pretty good.
