looking for replacement for my dead ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q 27 inch Widescreen LED Gaming Monitor (2560 x 1440, USB 3.0, NVIDIA 3D, 144 Hz, 1 ms)

Is it definitely the monitor and not the power supply? If this is the OG g-sync screen I have one and had some problems until I replaced the power pack. I have a spare one I could send you for postage?

yer think its monitor

Purely for gaming this and the Dell variant S2716DG are actually hard to beat - I'm surprised a PG278Q has lasted this long though as they all have a fatal flaw, unless Asus did a revision at some point, also the power supply on them, as touched on above, was junk with really poor voltage regulation.

Can't really offer much in the way of replacement - there are a bunch of G-Sync [compatible] 1440p 144+Hz panels which are good but I wouldn't choose over this monitor - but I've not yet had to persist in finding one to replace my S2716DG.
