I have an Antec Phantom 500W Hybrid Fan Silent ATX2.0 PSU in my PC right now which has basically broke. (Looks like it was due to a serge).
So now I'm in the middle of trying to find a replacement. All I know for certain is that I would like to get one at or above 500w that has great reviews on performance/quietness.
The Antec was disapointing from day 1 imho. The fan was always on, it was HUGE which imo was a not so good thing and for a silent fan it was quite loud.
So any opinions on a replacement PSU would be great. Price wise is not a major factor here. I would like to order within the hour from here too so if you have an opinion plz reply
