Looking for some ideas

So my brother is looking for a new graphics card and doesn't want to spend too much money (about £100) for an upgrade. Just looking for some ideas since we have NO idea what we a re doing when it comes to anything computer related.

Specs of his pc are:
Pentium dual core E6700 @3.2ghz
8GB RAM
GT 430

I'm not sure how much the cpu will hold this back, but I think it'll still be worth buying. It should breathe a good deal of life into games.
