Looking for some Playstation Home users

Does anyone still use this? It's been nearly 12 months since I last used this. I tried it again this morning, just wondering if any other folk still use it.

I just dont see the point in it,

If it was developed so you had large open worlds, could fly, buy cars to travel around (like GTA), had actual real estate where you could build custom castles or houses (like the Sims), much more detail in the customisation of avatars (such as your own face), allowed meeting spots for player lobbies and forums (like under the sea for a Bioshock game).

If it had those things then I would jump in and play about, but as it stands it offers nothing and are you going to be able to keep your home stuff when you move to PS4 in the future?
 
I never thought Home had much use to be honest. I remember getting the batcave home location and it was fairly pointless.

did remember watching Avatar trailer in Home once, and the arcade section was kinda cool. Had a basic but decent online bowling game to mess about with...
 
have had a ps3 for about a month now, have seen "home" on the menu but never been in. am i missing anything and what is it?

no your not missing anything at all, its such a waste of space, its just so bad that each zone has to be loaded and its not all in one good area that just streams and gets added to over time. such a shame as it could have been amazing....
for example: would have been fab to have an apartment block shared with loads of other people, so when you look out the balcony you see others below or people can come into your house etc....instead with have a sterile environment that theres no point in customizing or doing anything with as nobody sees it or interacts with it.

basically this should have been like the sims but instead of ai characters there real people....but what were left with is one big advert for sony and other companies - bunch of w***ers.
 
I went on it a few days ago to see what's changed, and it's still pretty boring. I just trolled people and then got bored.

Wait, so people can't actually go in your apartment? Wow, and to think people have spent £££ on furniture and crap. Complete rip off. :p
