Looking for some software......

As above i am looking for some software that will save my desktop icons as small.Apparently this is quite a common problem which nobody seems to have a fix for. if i right click on my desktop and save my icons as small everything is fine, however once you restart the computer the icons revert back to medium size.
i have tried registry entrys rebuilding the icon cache etc and nothing seems to solve the problem full stop. So now i am looking for a temp fix via software.

I use this for resetting the icon position when windows decides to dump them randomly all over the place.

Sorry i have no issues with icon position it is size.

default is medium i like small icons, when i change to small everything is fine, when i next turn pc on they are all medium again. this is not random it is consistent and looks to have been around for years.
