Hi guys, i just purchased my very first gaming computer i9 processor 16gb ram 2070 graphics card however when i try play cs go it keeps crashing my computer, sometimes it crashes without even having cs go running but its more when it is running.

it came up with a blue screen and a message Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

Any idea on how to fix this problem or what the problem may be?

i have done yes, they suggested trying one ram at a time to check incase one was faulty but i tried and crashed on both rams separately so i was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and there was an easy solution before i have to send the full thing back

Do you know how to disable XMP in the BIOS? Find out how to enter your BIOS, and be very careful in there, don't press the wrong thing. And look for XMP, if enabled, disable it. Set memory frequency to 2666MHz. Save and exit.
