..but I can't find what I need.

I need to support a 6 metre, 35cm diameter piece of pipe a foot or so above the ground, so I'm looking for some brackets I can mount to my garden wall like this:

Code:
 |
 |
 |
 | |
 | |
 | /
 |________/

Does anyone have any idea where I can get something like this from, or where I could get some made because I'm failing miserably at the moment? The pipe and its contents will be about 60 kilos altogether. I've bodged up some floor stands for the moment but it's a headache to get the contents in and out.

Even better would be a complete loop (two semi-circles, one top, one bottom) with a bolt in the middle.

Cheers!

Have you tried looking in the normal DIY merchants? I've bought some hooks like that in the past for hanging ladders etc on.

The only ones I've found are not big enough... this pipe is a big sod and much wider than a few ladders. :) I'm not a welder either so no chance of some sort of DIY effort. :/

You wouldn't need to weld, you could easily just bend some strips of steel into that shape yourself?

Don't you need something similar to a pipe bender to do that? I can't see it being that easy.

Hrm these might work with that flexible stuff mentioned before:

I could try to bend the end upwards and secure the builder's tape around the pipe using the two holes in the top part of the bracket by the looks of it.

Cheers chaps, I'll take a run down to Screwfix at the weekend and see if I can work something out. It might not look as pretty as what I had in mind but nevermind.. They do some large storage hooks but they won't take the weight. :)
