Hi,
As in topic: I look for someone having a computer with Vista 32-bit installed on. All my PCs, including this PackardBell laptop use 64-bit software, so I can't "repack" BIOS file(s) that are in exe file (which requires 32-bit Vista). I've tried 32-bit XP @ VirtualBox, but it doesn't work. Literally newest BIOS is required for CPU change.
ftp://ftp.download.packardbell.com/NOTEBOOK/EasyNote MZ36 series/Bios/en_mz36_bios_2a11.exe
I've contacted Acer (new owner of PackardBell brand), but they "cannot accommodate the drivers for old models in our current running website", unhelpful 100%.
Any kind person with Vista 32-bit is required just to download this file (it's not harmful virus, it's BIOS for my laptop), launch it and archive all installed files into ZIP, RAR or any other universal format, and send me out via trust messaging system. Anyone, please ?
Thank you
