Nearly 10 years ago I bought an Acer Aspire 6930G with an Nvidia 9600M.
It played well and managed my office and web design stuff and was a good backup computer to my desktop.
However its gone a bit senile and I need to replace it. Most of my games are not too graphic intensive on the laptop. Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2, football manager,a few 4x games, fable, just cause 2, saints row 3.
I hope I have highlighted as best as I can.
Ideally I would go for a small 13", 14" or 15" screen, i5 or i7 CPU and 8gb to 16gb RAM.
My dilemma is with graphics cards. The choice is
Nvidia 940M 2gb card on the 14"
Iris 540 on an i5 with a 13" screen
or an AMD R7 M360 2gb with an i7
Not sure what to go for. Pushed budget to £800 but if I can get for less the better.
