Looking for something like Wordpress or CMS for iPhone app / WebApp creation

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a simple tool to let me create basic iphone web apps in the way wordpress and other CMS tools let you create a basic blog or website.

I have been searching around but so far carnt find anything thats right, I want to host the apps myself to keep the cost low, I dont mine paying for the software or even paying a small fee per app created but dont want to be paying a monthly bill.

Any ideas.

Do you mean for deployment from the stores ie a web application you Phonegap?

jQuery mobile is ok but Sencha Touch is a really good MVC javascript framework that's free, has great documentation and does a really nice job of emulating a native app.
