Looking for suggestions

Coming from an LG 34GK950F 34 3440x1440, it has finally died after 7 years with the usual data ribbon melting itself. I've pre ordered an MSI MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36 34" 3440 x 1440 360Hz, but no eta. Thinking to maybe refund and get something else if it's gonna take ages.

Wondering if there are any other contenders or better options for around £1k. Primary use is gaming. Any help is appreciated.

360hz seems crazy high unless your a competitive gamer, there are other 5th gen olds cheaper.

What's minimum refresh rate you want ?

I consider myself quite competitive. Higher the better. Honestly the price difference between this one and the lower refresh rate versions is pretty small considering.

I think size wise those might be stretching it for my desk. I'll take a look at the others though, thanks.
