Looking for the best bundle

Looking to start a fresh new build i have 400 quid to spend on a nice bundle MOBO and CPU

I found this on OCUK

That was a bundle i was considering.. Im wanting to watercool my system so will not need cooler... What else would you replace the cooler with as there will be some left over cash from the bundle and RAM...
