No idea about the Gainward but I own the Gigabyte one you linked, the Windforce cooler is extremely quiet for me so I'd definitely recommend it. Whether its absolutely the most silent I don't know however...

Is it possible to measure the "wind force" sticker width on the top of card? Is it less than 20mm?
