Looking for the specific MS KB Update that enables the 'Get Windows 10' 8.1 upgrade path???

Hi, I'm looking for the specific MS KB Update that enables the 'Get Windows 10' 8.1 upgrade path.

Have a media box that's not been turned on since march and don't want to download 2Gb+ of updates, looking to get away with just the specific KB-if that's possible?
