Looking for u-bend type valve extensions.

I've got my wheels on inside out, and i'm having problems with having to crawl on the floor when i want to raise and lower the tyre pressures (mud is only so much fun...)

I've seen them fitted to trucks when they have a twin wheel axle, but i can't find a source for them. I can find straight extensions on ebay, but not the u-bend type.

Anybody know of a supplier?
