I got a new 32" monitor to Xmas. I want to split it into 4 and full screen Youtube in that quarter. I can split each window into 4 in Win 11, but when i go full screen it actually takes up the whole screen, not the quarter.

You could try installing Microsoft powertoys and use the fancyzones feature, used to be the go to without needing a 'third party' solution.

I use Windowed in chrome. I've only used it for Youtube but in principle it should work equally well for Netflix etc. It just changes the Full Screen button to a little pop-up menu with a bunch of options. including a resizeable PiP option, which in turn plays nicely with Windows native window resizing or fancyzones in my case.

Side note - you should get to know fancyzones anyway. It's the answer to everything if you like having multiple windows on a bigger monitor

See if your monitor supports multiview pip /pbp
That should be able to do 4

I used to use acer grid vista to do it
Old software but still worked
Last time I tried it

I think maybe DisplayFusion, although payware. Not sure if FancyZones will let you do the fullscreen part properly.
