Looking for wireless network card

Well it's time to clear up the house a bit, get these nasty cables out the way.
I don't know any thing about network cards so a recommendation which is not more than £50 would be amazing for my pc..

The TP-Link 450Mbps Wireless N Dual Band PCI Express Adapter (TL-WDN4800) seems to get decent reviews. Check for yourself whether it'd be suitable or not.

Powerline adapters could be a better option.

The best option from a cost and performance point-of-view would be to just tidy the cabling up.
