i placed an order for the following over the weekend. hopefully picking it up tomorrow from the store.

i am like a kid before christmas!

not sure if i can mention the company bought from as they sell some stuff that ocuk do.

but they had the cyrus 8 combo/ monitor audio speakers on at £600 off for the bundle, which IMO is very good as cyrus gear doesnt usually go cheap

finally got it all setup. a lot of rewiring required!

still waiting for it to be fully run in, but already sounds great. the most obvious change is that the speakers have much more depth to the bass, other than that there is an improvement in detail but more importantly i just find myself listening to loads of music as it just sounds right!

its certainly not too bad as its not overwhelming. i guess the front firing ports help. they have with some bungs supplied with them, so i will be testing them with /without over the weekend.

unfortunately that is the only positioning for the speakers. the joys of a london flat!

i know what you mean, but i havent spent plenty already so thats it for a while. that way i can also appreciate the improvements later down the line
