hey guys,

just looked into nvidia 3d surround (as well as normal surround) and am very much wanting to pull the trigger and try this out when i build my new rig.

is it possible to run a XL2420TX in the middle and two XL2420T's on the sides?
will their be any problems and are any of you guys running this setup?

btw will this card in SLI be better for the job then a single 690?

cheers guys

ask in the gpu section about the cards. I already know the response that 4gb is not needed.

I'm not sure if the monitors will work, how does the built in emitter connect to the pc, by additional usb?

The reason i choose 4gb os because i play skyrim with a lot of mods and it eats enough on one single 23" monitor let alone three 24" monitors

It connects via USB and then the vision 2 glasses connect to the emmiter

I am waiting for my 3D vision kit to arrive but I imagine if you can choose a single emitter t use it should work. I think the 3D vision kit is just closing and opening the lenses so I don't see why it wouldn't work.
