And obviously as cheap as is practical without being garbage. Usage will be a mix of office work, light photoshop (colour accuracy is not that important though!) as well as some light gaming. Will be paired with an RX480, so no G-sync. VESA mounts are a must (is there a monitor these days that doesn't have them?!). The 1440p resolution is a minimum, 1080p just doesn't cut it. I'd be willing to go a little higher in size if it yields better choice/quality for not much more ££. Free sync preferable, but not essential. From the last time I bough a monitor TN panels were something to avoid for my use, that still the case? Viewing angles (and consistency of colour across them) are important.
This seems to be the cheapest non TN Freesync panel at my preferred size https://www.overclockers.co.uk/lg-2...g-widescreen-led-monitor-black-mo-14a-lg.html. However it's 4K in a bunch of 1440p monitors price wise, so I'd be worried it's not actually that good? There's a cheap model in 32", but I think size wise that's getting a little too big https://www.overclockers.co.uk/acer...led-monitor-white-um.je1ee.a01-mo-121-ac.html. No Freesync, but like I said, that's not a deal breaker.
That all being said, any recommendations/suggestions/ones to avoid at all costs?
