looking for something like speedfan

Any good apps that can monitor the temps and if posible change fan speeds and any apps to test the cpu and chipset ive been using speedfan for a while but cant manage to change the fan speeds

If you cannot change the fans speed it is most likely because you motherboard doesnt support it.
