Hi my son added a new cooler a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120SE ARGB cooler and he has the following set up, does he just get an ARGB to corsair adapter or what do you recommend also do you think that controller should be on the outside of his case ?
Thanks

You could try the adapter but it might not sync correctly. I would just plug the RGB header onto his motherboard and control it that way. Unless your using the murals in Corsair you can get the colours the same.

He only has the one header and that corsair is plugged into it, will ask him if the case fans change colours
Thanks

why would the controller
be on the outside of his case?

could use argb splitter cable
though that way
i guess all the rgb will be controlled
by motherboard software
or could use signalrgb
not by icue
controller outside to change colours ? i honestly dont know lol just thought to ask

Very unlikely it would work with a corsair hub as you have linked

I have two of them hubs and I am sure they are propriety to Corsair
