Looking to build a gaming PC (around £500-800)

Hiya guys,

Like the title says im looking at getting a gaming pc (windows os), would like it to be able to run games like ffxiv and generally just the latest games on the market. Dont really need the best graphics for the games but enough so it visually looks nice, runs games smoothly with no issues etc

Im not after a monitor (will be using my own tv) and I already know what keyboard and mouse I wanna buy

Im new to building a pc so im not familiar with what specs im after unfortunately

Any help is much appreciated!

People ideally would need more info from you for them to spec you a build, ie: If you need a monitor, keyboard/mouse, OS and whether or not you'll want to build this on your own or not. If you're looking to build it yourself, I think the General Hardware section is best suited for it.
