Hi guys - I work as a school teacher and it would be great to have a tablet that I could walk around the class room with - connected to the projector in some wireless way - so students can demonstrate things on the board from their seats. I also need a laptop for my work outside of the classroom so ideally one that can do both! As we have a lot of standard software programs I'd need windows 8. I would want one of the i5 or i7 processors or similar to ensure it was v responsive/no problems with video editing etc.
I've not played around much with wirelessly connecting to a projector before - any idea which models I should be looking at? Should I be looking for widi or was that a load of bunk? Any devices I can purchase that will plug in to the laptop/tablet that will connect it to the projector?
Sorry it's a big question! I appreciate any and all advice - obviously some machines aren't quite released yet but I'm not in a massive hurry so can wait if need be.
