Looking to buy domain and hosting

Basically I want a cheap .co.uk domain name, with dirt cheap hosting.

Only has to be say 10mb of webspace, if that. Not fussed about anything else really. Being able to run scripts would be a bonus.

Where would I get a .co.uk domain name with cheap hosting? Most places seem to just offer you the domain name - from then on, I'm baffled.

Does "Custom Perl CGI and PHP Scripts" mean I could put forum software on there, if I wanted to?

Now would that give me forum capabilites (not important as I say, but would be good to tinker with)?
