Looking to buy oled, 4K monitor for gaming and viewing sky uhd, 4k

I’m currently using an old 4K monitor it only displays 4K @60hz I would like hdmi 2.1, 4K, 120hz, hdr 10 for console gaming and viewing sky uhd and 4K content as my current monitor can’t do that
I live with my who is 89 she watches her italian content that’s why I use monitor so can keep her company while doing things I enjoy rather than get a tv and game in another room

for gaming is oled the best and any chance static images can burn into the screen like tvs? I’m prepared to spend around £1200 I sit close to my monitor when gaming but around 7 feet away when viewing tv. I rather buy a momitor and spend time with mum but could keep this monitor and game on a tv in another room when she sleeps as she sleeps a lot but like monitors as they lag is low and thought monitors were best for gaming.

Is 42" too big? Its the smallest tv that can be used as a monitor. LG C2.

42” is fine. I would like something 32” to 42” as I find 28’ is quite small something bigger would be better for gaming experience i think

That's the best monitor/TV for OLED (for that size). Does the hz and great for watching content.

Got to be the 42" c2. Had mine for a few weeks and loving it. It's great as a monitor and as a TV. Plus it's sub £1000 now.

Thank you. I think will treat myself to one for Christmas unless see a great deal in the Black Friday sale. I will use it mainly for gaming but will watch uhd sky and streaming services
