I have a block on order for my 6800XT.

My case is a Lian Li O11-Dynamic. I want to mount the pump/res horizontally from the rear "grill" section and was wondering if that is OK? I don't want the standard "cookie cutter" dis-plat/pump combo that everyone else uses. I also have a nice verticle mount I'd like to keep using (Phanteks).

In regards to glass tubing, I'm an all or nothing kinda gal .

I'm not sure what fittings I need, so some guidance would be bliss! And is there a site to actually plan my runs etc?

not used glass before.. but i'm guessing any hard tube compression fittings will do... and in terms of runs, i just open up paint and brainstorm ideas on how/where i want tubes to go, then take it from there.

Also noticed you have a pump/res combo and a heatkiller reservoir with a separate D5... i assume you intend to dual loop it

Are you planning to mount the XT45 at the top and the ultra thin rad on the side where a distro plate normally goes ?

You can mount the ultra thin rad behind the bracket in the O11 and have the fans in front of the bracket and use another bracket to mount the pump+res to those fans and have it floating. Or if you do not have any fans on the base of the case you can mount the pump+ res to the base, there is easily space in that gap.

"I want to mount the pump/res horizontally from the rear "grill" section" Do you mean you want to mount the pump+res horizontally in front of the vertically mounted gpu ?

You have 75-80mm of useable space so that will be a very tight fit for that pump/res combo

P.s. You can fit a 60mm thick rad+fans in the top in the Dynamic if you prefer. I have XT60 in top of mine.

I want to mount the pump/res combo from just above the Lian Li internal case badge. The slim-rad is intended for the bottom of the case with 3 fans...

No, I can't decide which to go for there, either the heatkiller res or the other one...

I see. How about mounting the pump+res hanging down from the top rad/fans ? Would be almost in the same place.

There is not a lot of room in the bottom of a Dynamic. Will be challenging to put rad+fans and vertically mount a large gpu in this case. I hope you do it so I can see how it is done and can copy it :)

Can confirm you can fit a Tx360 and fans in the bottom of this case plus a vertical GPU.

Yoi will have to modify the mounting bracket to get the ve clearance though.
