Looking to get a GPU in the next few months, been out of the loop

Hello,

Just over a year ago I sold my 980Ti which was used with my Philips BDM4065UC/00 monitor for some 4k gaming. It was pretty much perfect as I could get 60fps in every game I played with a few adjustments.

Now I'm looking to get back into some 4k gaming. But I've been out of the loop and have no idea which GPU to go for to get the same kind of results.

I'm not too keen on buying 2nd hand GPU's even though I've never done it.

But I'm not sure if there is any other GPU like the 980Ti in my budget (£300ish).

Is there a new GPU line due anytime soon that'll do 4k @ 60fps in my price range?

Or is my only option to buy a used 980Ti?

Cheers guys

GTX1070/1080 if you want a card now, but not that much of improvement at 4K.
If you aren't in hurry wait for vega.

Yeah it looks like the 980Ti is under £300 and 1070 around £400. So those are my only options at the moment hmm..

Yeah that seems like a good deal especially after I bought my 980Ti for £620 lol but I don't want to spend that much on a GPU right now :(

Is it an awkward time to buy a GPU right now as I've just read that Nvidia are bringing a bunch of "refresh" GPU's this year. I don't want to be stuck in that weird phase where the new GPU's come out soon after and I miss out on good deals or the new GPU's aren't a massive improvement and I would have been better of buying one now!
