Looking to replace a Netgear dgnbb3100 Router.

A couple of netgear adsl routers, did not last as long as hoped.

The logical netgear replacement would be the netgear dgnd3700 at around £120 at OCUK.

However, I am reluctant to spend another £100+ on a netgear product, if it is going to fail just after the one year warranty expires.

Features wanted are:

  1. ADSL2+
  2. Wireless – N 802.11 b/g/n
  3. At least 4 ethernet ports
  4. Firewall (at least as good as Netgear dgndb3100)
  5. Gigabit Ethernet.
  6. Dual Band Wireless N Operates at both 2.4GHz and 5GHz simultaneously.
  7. Fibre capable when BT Infinity becomes available (Optional)
Home Consumer Solutions considered:

Netgear DGND3700

Small Business /Home Office Solutions:

  1. Draytek 120 + Netgear FVS318N (Wireless N at 2.4GHz Only) – 8 ethernet ports
  2. Draytek 120 + Netgear FVS318G + Netgear WNDAP360 – 8 ethernet ports
  3. Draytek120 + Cisco RV180 + Netgear WNDAP360
  4. Draytek 2850Vn (Wireless N at either 2.4GHz or 5GHz switchable, but not simultaneous)
Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with any of the above devices?
