Looking to spec a cheap server

Basically just want a small, quiet server that will be running 24 hours a day. It's basically just going to have videos/music etc. etc. on it and allow me to use LogMeIn to control it remotely and set up downloads and stuff.

Basically looking for the cheapest possible, but without being crappy.

This would be absolute cheapest really, though you may want 4 gig of RAM which is a bout 30 more and obviously prob want to add additional HDDs too
