Hi all

I'm looking at getting a new PC, used for work, browsing and casual gaming.

This is my current setup, would anyone from the below be worth keeping to go into a new PC?

System
OCZ Platinum Revision 2 XTC 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Dual Channel Kit
Samsung SH-S203D/BEBN 20x DVD±RW SATA Dual Layer ReWriter (Black)
Corsair HX 620W ATX Modular SLI Compliant Power Supply
Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6600
ASUS P5K Motherboard
Sapphire HD4870 1GB
Creative sound blaster X-Fi fatal1ty sound card
Antec Sonata 2 Case
Arctic cooling freezer 7 pro

OCUK have some gaming bundles around £600 I'm guessing they would be a significant upgrade on the above? I'm fine with building my own if that is still better for the wallet.

Thanks in advance.

You can reuse these. Probably reuse the case, unless you want something new.
I take it your work needs, are not to intensive.
Have you checked out the MM lately?

Yeah I agree, these parts will never really need to be changed because their isn't really any major performance improvements you can get from newer models

Thanks for the reply, work is just microsoft office stuff so nothing too taxing. I'll take a look on the MM!
