Looking to upgrade

Hi guys looking for a bit help upgrading my system, first of all will tell you what I will have left taking out the old one

Corsair TX650w power supply
Nvidia GTS450 graphics card
600GB sata hrad drive
Blue ray drive "sata"

The thing I was looking at is
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail
Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Blue 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel

For cooling I was looking at
Antec Kúhler H2O 920 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
or
Corsair Hydro H80 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

Case

Corsair Carbide 400R Midi Tower Case - Black
if I can push my budget a bit more will go for
Corsair Graphite 600T Midi Tower Case - Black

Please let me know if I should change anything or maybe there is something better on market in this price range.

Price total for the cheaper case and antec cooler works out £440.93 and more expensive one £510.92

well a bit of everything, but I tend to do upgrade the PC every 2-3 years so like to have machine runing with out any problems, I get time sometime to play high end games, so also looking for something that will last for a bit.
 
As a whole the spec looks decent, but the 450 will hold you back quite a bit in the gaming department, if you can afford to you want to be looking to upgrade this too, whether it be now or in a couple of months when you get more money, something like a 560Ti as a minimum really
