looking to upgrade

i am looking to upgrade my PC, im looking to upgrade the graphics card and hard drive but im not to sure on how components work and so on.
i was wondering if someone could tell me or explain if these would fit.

i currently have a asus P8-Z68-V motherboard.

are these suitable or is there an alternative? I am a pc gamer and my current card is a GTX 460 but it is struggling.

7950s are the most sensible high-end graphics cards to get at the moment, so a good choice there, and it'll work fine with the motherboard you've got.

The seagate drive is a good choice too, I've got two of these and they're nice and quick and seem quite reliable so far.
 
Are you thinking about getting a SSD? They can do wonders... I also clicked on the hard drive, i wouldn't suggest using a green drive for a boot

i havent thought of getting one tbh, i have got around £200 to spend so i was getting a hard drive and graphics card. totals £350 so that roughly my cap on how much, so i cant really afford a SSD. and thanks, i will look into that HDD
