Looking to Upgrade

Hi i am currently looking to upgrade my system for around £300 max, my current system is:

Intel I5 760 2.8GHz
Gigabyte P55-US3L
4GB RAM Corsair (2x2GB)
1 TB WD HDD
GTX 460
550W PSU Cooler Master

I was thinking that an SSD is a must along with some more RAM, and maybe a new GPU, not sure which one i would go for as not looked a PC components since i built this rig.
