Looking to upgrade..

They do indeed...Quack-quack

I should mention that coming from Nvidia with years of experiencing playing & tempering it's own drivers menu, AMD's own is horrendous but never less works!

Hello again, just a quick note to say that I ordered a Zotac GTX 1070 AMP Extreme Spectra GC, along with the Super Flower 650w Leadex Gold full modular due to my current Enermax ( 10 yrs old ) on its last legs as it keeps locking up my PC while playing games & keeps resetting itself.
The Zotac is to replace my current MSI AMD R390 due to it's horrid drivers and energy efficiency

Nice upgrade but what horrid drivers. Your experience should have been fine on a single card with AMD. It's Nvidia who have had most of the horrid drivers this year.

The AMD version - it's a mess in my opinion and much prefer Nvidia as I've used many of their products in the pass. Thought I try out the AMD for a change. However, I've decided to go for the GTX 1070 due to being far more energy efficient, VR ready and also having the benefit of the G-Sync which my Monitor Acer XB240H benefit from - plus being faster too

Am still using my i5 2500K ( OC 4.4 )

Ohh you mean the interface. Yea that's fair enough. I would probably feel the same moving over to Nvidia having been with AMD for a while now. It's a no brainer with you having a G-Sync model. The 390 was also VR ready but the extra performance of the 1070 should make vr even better.

Sorry, should've been bit more specific. Yes, I meant the interface

If I were you I wouldn't bother with the 1060.
I was going to but I might now opt for the 980Ti or maybe even the 1070.
