Looking to Upgrade

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my system its about 5 years old now apart from the graphics card.

Processor :- Intel I5 3570k Stock
Motherboard Asus P8Z77-V LX
Memory : 4x Kingston 2gb PC3-10700 (667 MHZ), Total 8GB
Graphics card :Sapphire Nitro RX 480 4 GB
PSU : Cool Master Silent Pro 600W
SSD : Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120gb
Hard Rrive : WDC WD5000AAKX-001CA0. 500gb

The reason I'm looking to upgrade is because on BF3 I get a lot of spikes in frame rate it goes up and down like a yoyo.

Any suggestions what bottle neck maybe?

Is it be server releated due to lag ? does it happen in single player mode.

check Nvidia control panel and make sure you arent running in dual screen mode - set it to single. For some reason mine was set to dual despite having just one monitor. I suddenly gained about 20 fps. Not kidding. And im running 8GB, GTX970 and am 15 2500k. It baffled me for ages as with that setup i felt it should have been running much better and lo and behold! I fixed it.

It still happens, I even bought new ram 1600mhz just encase it was that but still the same.
Do Overclockers diagnose pc systems ?
