Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade my PC.

I'm just looking at upgrading my CPU and new cooler, motherboard and RAM and a new PC case to fit it all in.

Current system:
i5 4690k
MSI-G43
8GB DDR

If i find a suitable upgrade then these will be going to a friend who is in need of a dire upgrade but can not afford it currently.

The upgrade must be suitable for my Palit GTX 1080, 3 SSD's and 1 HDD.

PC mainly used for gaming.

Budget around £500?

What's the resolution and refresh rate of your monitor?

The average FPS gains are fairly large in some games, barely noticeable in others.

PC doesn't struggle in any of the games I play.

The system is 4 years old now and I was just looking at an upgrade.

Was looking at replacing the CPU/MOBO/RAM so my current system could go to a friend.
