Hi all,
I am from Hong Kong, so I read a lot of build logs in a well-known Hong Kong computer forum.
Maybe it's a cultural difference, comparing with UK build logs, Hong Kong w/c builders often incorporate a loop filter into their loop.
However, the radiator flushing procedure is virtually the same between Hong Kongese (Yes it is officially a word in Oxford Dictionary
) and British.
The choice of coolant are virtually the same as well, i.e. Mayhem pastel, EK etc.
So, I just wanted to ask the view of you guys, does incorporating a loop filter benefit the overall longevity of components, given that you will flush the rad (quite) thoroughly?
Also, will adding a loop filter, e.g. Aquacomputer removable filter, add a lot of restriction to the loop?
