Loose certain column in 14,000 record txt file

just as title says

ive got a 14,000 record .txt file it contains banning info for my friends steam servers

no what we want to do is loose the banid 0.0

each line has this onit banid 0.0 STEAM_ 0:0:7460017 // Dirty Scan

can it be done? is so what with ? we dont mind paying for software if it does the job

Import into Microsoft Access, remove column, export back as txt file, job done.

Or a simple regex applied to each line (simple enough on unix like systems)
