Hey, ive recently noticed a weird noise coming from my PC and on a closer inspection it was the last to blades on both parts of my Prolimatech genesis cpu cooler. Atm i wedged to tiny pieces of paper between the last two blades to stop the noise, im just wondering is there anyway to tighten them back up?
 
Ask to have one sent out first so you can then change it and return the loose finned one.

They will probably want your credit card data so in case you don't return it they can charge you.

I had similar with Phanteks. When I emailed asking what to do they asked for my address and send me a new one and asked to please let them know when they could have courier pick it up. Didn't ask for anything else. But I don't know what Prolimatech will want.

Best to contact who you bought it from and see what they say first.

I bought it from OCUK, it came as part of a bundle
