Loose Rocker Arm, is this a big job now?

Just doing my clearances but I can't get a fix as these move freely by a few mm and I'm guessing they shouldn't?

Looks like getting to the shaft they sit on is chain off :/

So it's not like a broken spring? Some Rocker arms move a few millimetres and others are solid

Yeah so that video is of the C1 exhaust when it's in the correct position (I have a Haynes), the intake moves slightly on C1 too but then I can do C2 exhaust and C3 intake and they're solid. Then when it's at the next cam stage I can do both C4 and the opposite of C2 and C3 but then the C1 cylinder moves about loads. Looking at videos online peoples look solid.

Guessing maybe part #11 is broken on some arms, I don't think the clearance has been done as I couldn't get 0.05mm in any bar the ones that flap about

Intake should be .10 to .15 and exhaust is .18 to .23

is worn valve springs a symptom of clearances being too tight for a long time?

The cam lifter was off pointing away so it was just the base touching the arm
