I recently started listing my stuff for sale on this website, I wish I hadn't bothered had an email that goes like this:

Hi,
Sorry for not replying earlier. I'll like us to get this underway as soon as possible. Pls, be advised that I'll be making out a money order payment to you, as the only option available to me right now. I'll handle the shipping myself via FedEx or UPS, and at no cost to you. Let me know if this works for you, by getting back to me with your full name and address for me to send the money order to you.

It may be genuine but I doubt it, is that site filled with scammers?

  • are you selling stuff on loot?
  • have you had contact with anyone regarding any items recently?
  • is that email from the same person?
 
I don't see the problem. Just ignore it.

Only allow uk bidders to bid, state you will not ship abroad. Only accept bank x-fer, cash on collection or Paypal. Follow pay pals rules.
 
Send him a brick with the price declared at 1 million USD.

Actually, seriously do put some junk in a box and let him pay for the shipping :D
