lose audio when display resumes

I have a HIS 7850 and use my TV for as a monitor, If i change channel and come back to my pc the audio is disabled and CCC says the display does not support audio.

Also happens if the pc goes to screen sleep or if i turn the pc on before the TV any ideas?

PS I have the latest CCC drivers according to the auto detect tool from AMD.
