Losing data

Recently i've had a few problems with my Seagate Barracuda 2TB, its roughly a year old this September but i seem to be losing data stored on it? Logged in this morning to find that desktop icons are blank, aka the data dosen't exist anymore. I've checked on CrystalDiskinfo and no bad sectors etc at all. Done a virus and Malware scan and still nothing?

It looks like its pretty much "uninstalled" there's no trace of any of them. However its random programs, yesterday i lost just Steam, and booting up today i've lost iTunes, and other random programs :o
 
Just one user profile.

It seems to be just programs at the moment, Steam and all the games installed, Origin, iTunes, DevC++ and a few more. I've no idea whats happening lol.
