Loss of iphone app.

[Destination]

My wife bought an alice in wonderland game yesterday for £3.
Today her phone crashed and she needed to restore it from a backup.
How does she recover the app, as browsing to itunes is suggesting she has to buy things once again?

you can download it again free of charge from the itunes ont he phone.
Itll say £3 but click ok and download It will then say you have already purchased the app etc and as such it wont cost you.
