lost admin rights in win8

anyone else had this problem??
basically i cant delete any programs as i have no rights i have been able to get into the hidden administrator account but it still wont let me delete files, also booted into safe mode and still no joy, anyone know whats going on???

probably a virus, run malwarebytes or something similiar, if doesnt let you try a live linux cd like ubunto to run malwarebytes
