lost all my itunes with new comp

when i changed my computer i redownloaded itunes , and got it to check for available downloads , it says they are all downloaded inc my films , but there not how do i get itunes to redownload all my purcheses items? ty

You need to email itunes, they'll tell you to remember to backup and give you one last chance to download them, afterwhich you'll have to buy them again.

Yes, it doesn't work like other services such as Steam, they actually expect you to keep hold of anything you buy.

thats why it warns you about backing up when you purchase things on itunes!
