lost 'documents' on vista start menu

I wonder if anyone could help me, I've managed to loose the documents folder from my start menu.. the item is still there - but doesnt seem to be referencing a folder. If you right click on it and select properties, the folder has no attributes - no file size etc.

I take it My Documents is now know just as 'documents'? Well I was playing around with it a few days ago, as I migrated 'My Documents' over from my old partition and now it is lost from the start menu

bugger.

Is anyone aware of how to get it back? Cheers.

Try, Start, right click documents, properties, location, restore default.

ah, I see what you mean bud, but unfortunately only the general tab exists.

Try right clicking on start menu > properties > start menu > customize > use default settings.

Thanks guys, I sorted it out. It was looking for a location on a disk that no longer existed! Messing around with the registry fixed it!
