I bought a copy of Nortons Ghost a week ago.I tried to install it and got an error code 1172.
I went to the support site and it recomended I remove all exisisting Norton products (I have Antivirus 2003)using symNRT.On restarting I now have conflicts showing in device manager on my DVD drive (drive E)and CD Rom (drive F) and I cant use them.I have tried updating the drivers and uninstalling them then reinstalling them but they still do no work.
The drives show error code 39 ?
Any Suggestions please ?
